Admissions Requirements

Requirements for admission to the master of science in biomedical sciences (either the one-year or two-year tracks):

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Completion of 13 hours of chemistry (including organic chemistry), 12 hours of biological sciences, 8 hours of physics and 6 hours of English
  • Cumulative G.P.A. of greater than 2.75 on a 4.0 scale
  • Graduate entrance examination completion (GRE or MCAT)
  • Three letters of recommendation, at least two from faculty familiar with the applicant's academic abilities.

Requirements for admission to the master of arts in bioethics

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Cummulative G.P.A. of greater than 2.75 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Graduate entrance examination completion (GRE, MCAT, LSAT, etc.)
  • Two letters of recommendation.
