KCUMB’s Board of Trustees annually reviews the composition of the Board to ensure that it is composed of individuals possessing the appropriate expertise, skills, attributes, and personal and professional backgrounds that best serve KCUMB.
KCUMB’s Board of Trustees consists of 13-17 voting trustees, one of which is the president of the Alumni Association. KCUMB's president and chief executive officer also serves as a non-voting trustee.
Terms and Eligibility
- Members of the Board of Trustees serve three-year terms.
- A majority of the trustees must be KCUMB alumni.
- KCUMB faculty and staff members are not eligible to serve.
