Educational content will be established through a system of needs assessments such as program evaluation, physician requests, licensing requirements, and current technology and/or treatment methods. The educational content will be offered in a cost-effective and efficient manner through a variety of formats including, but not limited to, evidence-based medicine presentations, didactic lectures, interactive workshops, case discussions, outreach activities in rural and community settings, grand rounds and department scientific meetings and new educational technologies.
