Program Overview: The 2012 Winter CME Clinical Update is designed to address common conditions and timely issues relevant to health-care professionals, particularly those in primary care.
According to the National Health Statistics Report, nearly half of all office visits are made by people with comorbid conditions. The most frequent conditions include hypertension, arthritis, diabetes, depression, obesity, COPD and chronic renal failure. All these topics are integrated into the conference, making the educational topics applicable to nearly 80% of office visits.
Target Audience: The target audience for the 2012 Winter CME Clinical Update is physicians, physicians in training, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and other health-care professionals.
