Desk Copies

When a desk copy of a textbook is desired, the Director of the Library should be notified. The Director will do everything possible to try to obtain a copy for the faculty member. The following criteria must be met in order for a publisher to grant a desk copy:

• Textbook requested must be adopted for the course
• Faculty member has informed the Bookstore to order copies for the students to purchase
• Name and number of the course in which the textbook will be used
• Number of students in the course
• Date the course will begin
