  • KCUMB is committed to providing an academic and employment environment in which students and employees are treated with courtesy, respect and dignity. It is the policy of the University that no student shall, because of race, ethnicity national origin, color, creed, religion, age, disability, veteran or military status, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefit of or be subjected to discrimination in any program sponsored by the University. Inquiries regarding compliance must be directed to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs, who is the coordinator of the University’s non-discrimination program.
