  • Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences' Hospital Day gives hospital representatives from across the country an opportunity to promote their programs to more than 400 KCUMB osteopathic medical students.

    The Sheraton Kansas City Hotel at Crown Center is the official hotel of KCUMB’s Hospital Day. When making reservations, please mention your participation in KCUMB’s Hospital Day to receive the special room rate of $132 for either single- or double-occupancy rooms. Reservations must be made no later than Wednesday, Aug. 13 to receive the special room rate. Parking is $16 per day.

    During your stay in Kansas City, be sure to take time to enjoy all the area has to offer.

    The official event hotel is linked by a walkway to Crown Center, which features a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options. Crown Center is also home to two of the area’s newest attractions, the Sea Life Kansas City Aquarium and the Legoland Discovery Center. Crown Center sits just south of the Kansas City Power & Light District, an eight-block area that features a mixture of retail, dining and entertainment options. It’s also home to the Sprint Center, an 18,500-seat arena for watching sporting events and concerts.
