      My patient panel includes newborns, children and adults. I provide preventive care, take care of acute medical problems, manage chronic conditions and provide osteopathic manipulation.

      As a hospitalist, I took care of patients admitted to the hospital and coordinated with their personal physicians to plan care upon hospital discharge.
