Emphasis is placed on the acquisition of knowledge regarding state-of-the-art research methodologies and protocols, regardless of the field one chooses to enter. In addition, candidates for the master of sciences in biomedical sciences will be required to write a research paper. The paper will include a comprehensive review of current research within the biomedical sciences, along with a detailed proposal for original research.

Master’s Degree Two-Year Program
The two-year program targets individuals interested in careers as research scientists. This program includes coursework in the following disciplines: biochemistry, cell biology, genetics, research design and ethics, research instrumentation and methodology, biostatistics and epidemiology. Students are required to complete advanced, individualized tutorial classes that complement original research projects and personal interests, as well as a thesis based on an original research project.
