Board Review Bibliography

This is a list of videos, CD-ROMs, DVDs, audiocassettes, and books from the Library collection that can be used to review for the Comlex and USMLE Boards. It is limited to the most recent five years, updated monthly, and is hyperlinked by subject.

Exam Master

This is a practice resource for taking the Boards. It features 16,000+ questions with explanations in the Study Mode. You can easily build exams by USMLE outline or by subject. There are, also, pre-built exams by USMLE. In the Test Mode, tests are timed with pause/resume capability. First time users need to register and create a username. You will be sent a password. This resource covers USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3.

Harrison’s Self Assessment Test

Over 800 multiple-choice questions accompanied by answers, detailed explanations, and chapter references to Harrison's Online. Access is through the AccessMedicine link.

USMLEasy

This Board Review study resource is for Steps 1, 2, and 3. You will find USMLEasy at the AccessMedicine link which is the first link under Databases on the Library’s website. It is also referred to as the "Lange Self-Assessment Tool." You will need to click on the "Sign up for a FREE personal account" and enter the information asked for before you can use USMLEasy. There is a five concurrent user limit.

William’s Obstetrics Self Assessment Test

Over 2,600 self-assessment questions and answers taken from Williams Obstetrics 22nd Study Guide and covering major topics in current clinical obstetrics. Access is through the AccessMedicine link.
