USMLEasy Lite version has self-assessment questions and answers to help prepare for the USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, and Step 3 Exams. There is a five concurrent user limit.

Scirus
Scientific research took with over 370 million scientific items indexed. It allows researchers to search for not only journal content but also scientists' homepages, courseware, pre-print server material, patents and institutional repository and website information.
SPORTDiscus
Provided by the Sport Information Resource Centre, SPORTDiscus offers comprehensive, bibliographic coverage of sport, fitness, and related disciplines. This database contains well over 1,200,000 records with journal and monograph coverage going back to 1800; over 20,000 dissertations and theses, and reference to articles in 60 different languages. Access is through EBSCOHost and there is a 1 concurrent user limit..
