Course Reserve Request
Faculty members may request that the D'Angelo Library put books and other library materials on reserve for student use. Please submit reserve requests to the library by e-mail (email@example.com).
Reserve materials will be made available within 24 hours if the request is submitted Monday - Thursday. Friday submissions will be made available the following Monday.
A faculty member may request a desk copy of a textbook from the Director of the Library (firstname.lastname@example.org). The textbook requested must be required for a course the faculty member is teaching and s/he must have already asked the campus bookstore to order copies for students to purchase.
Desk copy requests must include the following information:
- Name and number of the course in which the textbook will be used
- Number of students in the course
- Date the course will begin
The Director of the Library is to be notified for purchase requests of books, periodicals and other educational materials.
Note: All application software is purchased through the IT Department, and requests should be directed to them.
All recommendations will be evaluated based on the existing KCU Library collection, availability and budget.
Please contact the Director of the Library at email@example.com if you have questions regarding this process.
