Bulletin
Boards
Bulletin Boards are located in all buildings. Bulletin boards
are specified for individual issues and groups. Students should
view the bulletin boards located in the cafeteria and the student
lounge frequently to become informed of opportunities and activities
posted by Student Services. The Director of Student Services has
the right to discard any posting on the bulletin board which was
not approved. All postings should contain the date of posting.
Comment
Boxes
Comment boxes were implemented by President Pletz to receive
feedback among employees and students at KCUMB. Comment boxes
are located in the cafeteria and outside the bookstore. Comments
placed in the boxes are gathered by the Office of the President.
Responses are distributed accordingly.
Publications
All KCUMB students receive the KCUMB College Catalog and the
KCUMB Student Handbook upon registration.
- The
KCUMB Library publishes The Bookbag newsletter listing
recent acquisitions and other newsworthy items.
- Information
Technology publishes The Scoop newsletter. It contains
information about upcoming computer training classes as well
as tips and tactics to make using your computer at work easier.
- The
KCUMB-COMmunicator, the KCUMB alumni magazine, is published
quarterly by the communications Department. All submissions
for the magazine should be sent to AB-W401.
- The
Stethoscope student yearbook is published annually by
the Communications Department.
- The
FYI employee newsletter
is published monthly by the Communications Department. All submissions
should be sent to AB-W401.
- KCUMB Thinks You Should Know memos are issued by the Office of
the President on an as-needed basis and contain information
about special events and issues.
