Conducting patient-based research in an academic environment
KCU's Department of Clinical Research faculty conduct clinical research and mentor student research at the Dybedal Clinical Research Center (CRC). The Dybedal CRC is dedicated to safeguarding the rights, welfare and dignity of all study participants. It operates as a central facility to provide practicing physicians, medical students, graduate students and para-medical personnel with a mentoring environment to conduct patient-based research.
By facilitating collaboration among clinical faculty, academic investigators and basic scientists, the Dybedal Clinical Research Center supports the development of new medical therapies through study by multidisciplinary teams.
Staff are constantly working to ensure that sponsors receive quality data in compliance with applicable federal regulations in the most timely and cost-effective manner possible.
