Our commitment to curiosity, collaboration and the cutting-edge.

As an important part of the medical education process, it is vital for students to have the opportunity to learn about and participate in research. Participation in the research process enables students to develop additional knowledge and critical-thinking skills that may result in improved patient care. It is also equally important for faculty members to be challenged in their professions and to continue the lifelong learning process as faculty mentors.

All students must be approved by the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP)
prior to any involvement in on-campus or off-campus research.
